• We deep clean the cameras, but minor scratches should always be expected.

• All cameras we sell have been tested multiple times over several days by photography experts.

Please make sure you're 100% interested before placing an order as we put a lot of time, effort and thought into packing your orders and sending them out.

• We provide high-resolution photos of every camera so you can accurately check its condition before purchasing.

• You can also search the camera’s model name on TikTok or Instagram to see real sample photos and videos taken with it.

• Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.

• If you choose to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.

• We offer a 2 days guarantee period from the date of delivery to check your camera.

• Refunds & Exchanges will be issued only if the camera was damaged during shipping.

• We cannot offer a refund or exchange just because you "didn't like it".
