• Most cameras we offer are pre-owned and no longer in production, with most being over 20 years old.

• We deep clean the cameras, but minor scratches should always be expected.

• All cameras we sell have been tested multiple times over several days by photography experts.

Please make sure you're 100% interested before placing an order as we put a lot of time, effort and thought into packing your orders and sending them out.

We provide high-resolution photos of every camera so you can accurately check its condition before purchasing.

You can also search the camera’s model name on TikTok or Instagram to see real sample photos and videos taken with it.

• Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.
• If you choose to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Inspection upon delivery is not available.
• We offer a 2 days guarantee period from the date of delivery to check your camera.
• Refunds & Exchanges will be issued only if the camera was damaged during shipping.
• We cannot offer a refund or exchange just because you "didn't like it".
